A seven-unit single family residential community in Redmond designed as a part of Redmond's Green Infrastructure Incentive Program which encourages low-impact development and increased density within the city.  The design includes both two and three-story modern homes with communal and private outdoor spaces, open living areas, abundant natural light, bedrooms on the upper floors for privacy, and direct physical and visual connections to the native landscape.
